We are based at the Heart of South Africa, In Johannesburg. Our main markets out of South Africa is Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia and Mozanbique.
How long does shipping take?
We usually ship withing 1 day after payment. Shipping time is based of the shipping service you choose, faster delivery costs more, so the choice is yours.
Will I be charged for taxes?
Customers in South Africa pay 14% Vat. We do not charge vat on Customers placing order from Abroad, You will be taxed according to the vat in your country.
RETURNS
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 1 year warranty on all products excluding filters and membranes, or consumables. All goods must be brought to our office for warranty.
Do you refund?
We do not refund unless we cannot find a solution.
